In our Post-Pandemic World, we see daily how STRESS is effecting our fellow citizens of Planet Earth.

STRESS is not something to ignore. STRESS weakens our immune system.
With a weaken immune system, our body cannot fight disease to the level it was designed to.
Our ability to handle STRESS was only designed to be a very short-term event.
When we are in stressful situations, our body to shutdown all our bodily activities and use our body energy to either: FIGHT, RUN or HIDE!
But, it was only suppose to be a short-term event and our body would go back to normal.
Now, we are stressed out 24/7 with real or imagined events and our brain can't separate fact from fiction.
So, our body stay at STRESS level 24/7.
Thankfully, Human Beings are the masters of their fate and don't have to be victims of society.
When we feel that demon STRESS trying to take hold of us, we have to MEDITATE ourselves to a mental higher ground.
