How do I get my ebook after I buy it?

Instantly! Your download link appears on the order confirmation page right after checkout, AND we email it to you. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. Our ebooks are PDFs — they work on any phone, tablet, or computer. No special app needed.

What's your refund policy on digital products?

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, all sales are final. BUT — if anything's wrong with your download or you have any trouble at all, email us at CustomerService@bvbvotwu.com and we'll make it right. We're family here.

How long does shipping take?

Every item is printed just for you when you order (no warehouses, no waste). Production takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time on top. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Why print-on-demand?

It's better for the planet — nothing gets made until somebody wants it. Sustainable and fresh off the press, every time.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Email us a photo at CustomerService@bvbvotwu.com within 30 days and we'll replace it free. Simple as that.
